Summer days are over and it's getting really windy all over the Philippines. Goodbye to sticky heat, skin baring outfits and iced drinks. I am so excited for the cozy nights, layered clothes and hot milk tea. I still love Summer but I would love to experience it in another country. Summer here in the Philippines is just so different. The burning sun hurts your skin and you always feel sticky.
But ranting aside, here's a video my sister and I made showcasing our last week's Sunday Church Outfits. My family and I regularly attend a Sunday service. Not going gives a you a feeling of incompleteness.

I am in nostalgia because of all these photos. It made me go back to my past remembering the time my mom used to take photos of me and my sisters. I don't know if it is only I who see it but the over-exposure makes it look as if it was taken with an 80's - 90's film camera. I didn't expect it look like this until I edited them.
Sorry if I wasn't able to post within the week. I have been very busy but I'm preparing so many new post for you guys so be on the look for that.
Thrifted/Vintage clothes are a must in a girl's wardrobe. Me and my sister loved investing on thrifted/vintage clothes. Based on its quality, its better than those that are being pulled out in the market this days. From the test of time, they're more durable and better. I'd like to have the chance to thrift abroad(mostly in America & London) because it's where there is best finds.
After so many failed attempts in making a travel vlog, here is my first. I never knew that vlogging could be so hard most especially when your following a certain time. And, with my intention to make good content, whenever I didn't like the angled shot I won't be able to re-shoot it again because of the insufficient time. So please bear with me when I say that I tried my best and that I did all that I could to showcase something different on the blog.
Places we went to:
1. Tagaytay - We first went to Tagaytay to meet with some of our relatives and to eat breakfast. We ate at Pancake House where the food was delightful. I finished my pancakes in just 10-15 minutes.
2. Villa Escudero, Quezon Province - We then traveled more than 4 hours just to experience eating lunch on a man-made falls with our feet dipped in the water. I wasn't able to vlog our lunch because we ate with bare hands. It was nice but the place was just too crowded. After lunch we watched a Cultural dance presentation. Staff and employees were the performers. Lastly, we checked out the museum where there was a lot of antique furniture, paintings, art installations and many more.
3. Tagaytay Highlands - Then we went back to Tagaytay and headed to our hotel reservations at the most amazing Tagaytay Highlands. It was my second time there and nothing has changed. It's still serene and beautiful. I've always wanted to go back ever since my first but we never got the chance to.
In the morning, we ate brunch then we packed our bags and said our goodbyes to our relatives and to the place. It was so sad because I didn't want to leave. The place and weather was nice. After then, we explored some shops in Tagaytay then we went back home.
The trip was nice. Experiencing breezy air over the summer was what I loved about it. I had a good time with my family even though we were incomplete.
Sorry for a very long post. I just wanted to detail out everything we did on the trip.
So me and my sister is back with doing videos again. Here's a little haul to show you our purchases from January to April. There are some clothes we forgot to add so please forgive us. I hope you find some inspiration though. Some items are great for the summer weather. I've never imagined it to be this hot here in the Philippines especially in my hometown.
So here's a little Shoe haul that I thought I'd share with you. If you must know I have this oddly craziness/addiction to shoes. I feel like that 70% of this blog started because of my love for shoes.
1. Birkenstock alternative - I have been looking for Birkenstock alternatives for a very long time before I bought these beauties. I just didn't want to buy the original ones because it was way too expensive for a student like me. Nonetheless, it is comfy and it suits my feet perfectly. |PURCHASED IN: The SM Store|
2. Puma (Black and White) - While I was looking for a Nike Roshe Run in black and white, I came across this gorgeous Puma shoes. It is very comfy that I could like wear it the whole day. It was a birthday gift from my mom(BEST MOM!). |PURCHASED IN: Sports Central|
3. Parisian pointed shoes - I went shopping with my friends to look for some great shoes I could buy as a gift for myself and these is what I've found. I have always been a fan of pointed shoes and these were perfect. I love the gold heels. |PURCHASED IN: The SM Store|
4. Parisian white shoes - Ever since I saw some bloggers and vloggers wear these two-strapped sandals, I was so sure that I needed to have one. My dad bought it for me for no reason. I just loved it and he purchased it for me(BEST DAD!). |PURCHASED IN: The SM Store|
All in all, I loved all the shoes. No regrets.
